Very easy to make - and no-bake as well!
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 ( 3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
2 ( 8oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
1 ( 6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 graham cracker crust
1 carton cool whip
In a bowl combine evaporated milk and pudding mix, beat 2 minutes. In another bowl beat cream cheese until light. Gradually add lemonade concentrate beating until smoot, and fluffy. Fold in pudding mixture. Pour into crust. Chill overnight or 4 hrs. Top with dollops of whipped cream at serving time.
