Double delicious cookie bars


1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1-14 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
1-12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. Reese’s peanut butter chips
1 c. peanut butter chips or 1 c. chocolate chips and 1 1/2 tsp. shortening

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). In 13x9 inch baking dish, melt margarine in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over melted margarine.

Pour Eagle Brand milk evenly over crumbs. Top with chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Press down firmly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

TO GARNISH: Melt 1 cup peanut butter chips or 1 cup chocolate chips with 1 1/2 teaspoons shortening. Drizzle over top. Cut into bars. Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.
