Down Home Beef Skillet

1 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 c. salsa 1 ( 11 oz.) can mexicorn 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice 1 (8 1/4 oz) can peas, drained
Brown beef and onion, drain. Add 1 c. water and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, cook 2 minutes. Cover, remove from heat and let set 5 minutes.
