1st layer:

2 C. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 C. chopped salted peanuts,
1/2 C. softened margarine.

Mix together, press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake
at 350°F for 10 minutes.

2nd layer:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C. peanut butter
1 C. powdered sugar

Cream together and fold in 2 cups Cool Whip®. Pour over
cooled crust.

3rd layer:

3 C. milk
2 small pkg. chocolate pudding (instant).

Mix well and pour over 2nd layer.

4th layer:

Spread 2 cups Cool Whip® over torte and top with shredded
Hershey bar and 1/2 cup chopped peanuts.

Chill and enjoy!
