Dutch Apple Bake - CP

1/2 lb peeled and sliced cooking apples
1/4 Cup sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Cup honey
1/2 Cup flour
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of cloves
1/4 Cup butter

Arrange sliced apples in bottom of crock. Sprinkle sugar and lemon on
top. Pour honey over all. Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon
and cloves, stir well. Cut in butter until mixture is consistency of
coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over apples. Cover and
cook on low 8-10 hours or until top crust is browned. Serve warm.
