We usually have either a baked ham or roast leg of lamb for Easter dinner. This year, I am still undecided and Easter is less than 2 weeks away. Eek! I need to plan the menu and the family have expressed an interest in exploring new side dishes (beside the usual smashed garlic-roast potatoes, peas and tossed salad. Guess I’m in a rut there).
I don’t want to make a disaster, so, what I am hoping for is some Tried-and-True recipes for side dishes that would go with these meats.
Would anyone want to share their favorite delicious recipes for Tried-And-True side dishes for either ham or leg of lamb?
