easy broiled flounder

I am looking for a quick broiled flounder recipe


One of my favorites for a quick meal. Make sure the flounder is as fresh as can be, no odor at all. Place fillets in a shallow pan and on the stove melt equal parts of butter with olive oil, it prevents overbrowning. Add fresh minced garlic to taste. Add a bit of parsley to this and then drizzle over the fillets. Finish off with bread crumbs and then place under broiler for about 10 minutes until fish flakes with a fork. Fillets can also be rolled and stuffed with captain’s or commercial crab stuffing and then proceed as above. Enjoy!
