3/4 cup [175 g] butter 4 ounces [113 g] chocolate, melted 2 cups [400 g] sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] vanilla 3 eggs 1 cup [140 g] flour 1 cup [250 mL] chopped nuts Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C]. Beat together butter and melted chocolate until creamy. Beat in sugar. Beat in vanilla and eggs, until smooth. Fold in flour. Mix in chopped nuts. Pour into an 8-inch [20-cm] square cake pan. Bake into preheated oven for 35 minutes.
