Easy Chicken Taco Pie
2 cups of cut-up cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 cup Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese (4 oz)
Heat oven to 400. Grease bottom and side of glass pie plate. Mix
chicken, onion and seasoning mix. Sprinkle in pan plate.
Stir together baking mix, milk and eggs with fork until blended. Pour
into pie plate. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 1
or 2 minutes longer until cheese melts. Garnish with lettace, tomatoes,
and sour cream if desired.
