Easy Chicken With Orange Sauce
4 chicken breasts – skinned
Salt and pepper
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate – (undiluted)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Arrange chicken in baking pan in a single layer, skin side up. Pour orange-onion mixture evenly over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Baste occasionally with sauce OR combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook 4 to 6 hours until chicken is done.
