24 graham crackers crushed
3 tablespoon of melted butter
3 tablespoon of water
3 tablespoon of sugar
half teaspoon of peppermint extract
1 1/2 cup of icing sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp water
200 grams roughly chopped chocolates
Place crushed graham crackers in the mixing bowl. Add sugar, butter and water and use your hands to mix it well.
Lightly buttered tin 8 x 8 x 1 1/2 in. Pressed the mixture in the tin and bake it in the preheated oven 350 degrees F for 8 minutes. Let it cool.
Sift icing sugar, add melted butter and water, mix well. You can use a wooden spoon to mix. Add peppermint extract. Spread the mixture evenly to the crust.
Melt chopped chocolates in the microwave at medium for 2 minutes or until chocolates becomes shiny. Spread melted chocolates on the icing and score to your desired size. Refrigerate 10 minutes and serve.
