EASY CHUCK ROAST
1 1/2 lbs. chuck steak, cut into serving size pieces
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can tomato soup
Brown steak in heavy fry pan; pace in roasting pan. LIghtly brown onion and pepper in same pan. Place on top of meat.
Rinse fry pan with small amount of water and scrape up bits on bottom; pour over steak.
Pour tomato soup all over.
Cover; bake 250* F. (yes - 250*) 3 hours. This will make its own gravy.
NOTE: This can be done in crockpot as well.
