Easy Danish Apple Dessert
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. sugar
2 cans (20 oz) apple pie filling*
2 c. milk
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip
In 9x13 pan mix flour, butter and sugar. When well mixed, pat in bottom of pan. Spread pie filling over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Mix pudding with milk; spread over hot dessert. Cool.
Frost with Cool Whip and refrigerate. Nuts may be sprinkled on top.
*can substitute another pie filling such as blueberry, cherry or raspberry
