I made it with 2 lbs ground beef, taco seasoning, corn tortillas, shredded cheese and one can of Macayo’s enchilada sauce. Dip tortillas in sauce and layer in casserole dish. Add layer of taco-seasoned beef then shredded cheese. Repeat with layers of tortillas,beef,cheese. Top with tortillas, the rest of the sauce and shredded cheese. Bake in oven 375 for 15-20 mins. Sour cream, diced tomatoes and lettuce optional. My family loved this.
