Easy Mandarin Orange Coffee Cake

1 pkg. Orange Supreme cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 11-oz. Mandarin orange & juice (Use juice and orange juice to make 1 cup of
liquid)

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and one cup juice. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.

Add Mandarin oranges in the last 30 seconds. Pour in pan.

Bake 38 to 43 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 20 minutes.

Invert onto plate and dust with powdered sugar.

Serves 8-12

where do you get the orange supreme cake mix. They don’t sell it here in Chicago, IL

I know the Walmart near us carries the orange cake mix made by Duncan Hines.

our Walmart doesn’t carry it. Maybe I should tell them to stock it. You use it in the Harvey Wallbanger Cake as well.
