easy meal today!

I got off very easy today!

Thick hamburgers, fried in a bit of olive oil and butter, seasoned with salt, pepper, parsley and plenty of garlic. Cook nice and a little on the slower side, turning carefully and keeping the juices in so they were nice and juicy.

Crisp-fried potatoes - cut taters in chunks and fry in olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and garlic.

Garbanzos and sliced beets with basil vinaigrette, tossed with homemade garlic toasted croutons (made from homemade bread).
