Easy Snap Brownies

4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 (14-oz.) cans Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 1/2 cups (21 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread evenly on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Store leftovers covered at room temperature. Makes 2 to 3 dozen bars
