Easy Southwestern Stroganoff

1 lb ground beef
2 c uncooked wagon wheel pasta
1 c. water
1 jar (16 oz) think and chunky salsa
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c sour cream

Cook beef and uncooked pasta in skillet 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.

Stir in water, salsa and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

Cover and simmer about 10-12 mins. stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; cook just until hot.

Serves 4
