easy steam fish fillet

My brother is on a low fat and low carbohydrate diet because he wanted to loose weight. Here is a simple recipe that I made for him.

75 gram fish fillet (salmon, cod or any fish you want)
Half a teaspoon of finely chop garlic
Half a teaspoon finely chop ginger
One teaspoon chopped cilantro
One and half teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
One and half teaspoon water
Salt and pepper
Two thin slice of yellow lemon optional.

Heat the oil on a very low heat and add garlic and ginger. Saute it for a minute and a half, then remove.

Place one and half teaspoon water on small baking dish. Put the fish fillet in, spread the garlic and ginger all over the fish. Sprinkle little bit of salt and pepper. Sprinkle cilantro. Place two slices of lemon on top and steam it for 15 minutes.

You can serve this with half a cup of brown rice with steam vegetables.
