Egg Bake

I HAVE A RECIPE THAT I MADE I GOT WHEN I WENT ON A RETREAT. I MADE IT FOR MY FAMILY AND THEY LIKED IT SO NOW I AM POSTING IT TO SEE IF ANY ONE WILL LIKE TO TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW HOW IT WAS :p.

P.S ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS IS FROM ORIGINAL RECIPE THE WAY IT WAS GIVEN TO ME.

IT SERVES ABOUT 15 PEOPLE

1- 2LB BAG OF TATER TOTS
3 1/2 DOZEN EGGS(42 EGGS)
ABOUT 15 SLICES OF AMERICAN CHEESE
ABOUT 2 CUPS OF MILK
SALT AND PEPPER
PAPRIKA

OPEN BAG OF TATER TOTS POUR BAG INTO A GREASED 13X9 INCH DISH WITH HIGH SIDES.
BROWN TATER TOTS FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES IN A 4OO DEGREE OVEN.
REMOVE FROM OVEN.
WHISK EGGS AND MILK TOGETHER IN A BOWL.
ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE.
ON TOP OF TATER PUT A LAYER OF AMERICAN CHEESE SO THAT THE TATER TOTS ARE COMPLETELY COVERED.
POUR EGG MIXTUREO ON TOP.
PRESS ANY CHEESE THAT FLOATS UP DOWN UNDER THE EGG MIXTURE.
TOP EGGS WITH REMAINING SLICES OF CHEESE.
SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.
BAKE AT 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET(CENTER SHOULD SPRING BACK WHEN PRESSED WITH A FINGER/FORK)
SERVE HOT. CAN BE REHEATED.
