I’m having trouble finding a good fake chicken to use in recipes that don’t have a saucy/creamy base?
I have been wanting to just try a few new ones (I use Quorn chicken for saucy stuff) but I don’t want to go out and buy them all to test them.
Anyone have suggestions?

Fake chicken? Like Tofu? EWWWW! LOL! Why call it fake chicken? If for some reason you don’t eat chicken, why try to duplicate it?
chickens used in KFC and many other fast food chains are real. Cloned / genetically modified chicken is another urban legend / hoax. KFC buy these chicks to chicken farms
