fast, easy and filling lunch and quick dinner

lunch:

Fried Philly steaks in a bit of olive oil, onions and sliced baby bella (portabellas). Seasoned with plenty of garlic, fresh parsely, cracked pepper, kosher salt with melted extra sharp Cheddar. These fry up so fast!

Served on toasted split French bread with hot banana peppers.

Sweet midgies and stuffed olives on the side.

dinner:

Skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in fingers, skillet fried in olive oil, fresh garlic and parsley, cracked black pepper and a little salt. Smothered in cream of chicken soup and served over cooked egg noodles.

Side salad of iceberg, cukes and tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cracked black pepper, salt, basil.

Toasted French bread slices.
