Fiesta Beef Kabobs
1/2 env. (1/4 c.) dry onion soup mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 - 2 lbs. beef chuck, cut in 1 inch cubes
Sprinkle meat with meat tenderizer
1 green pepper cut in pieces
Small white onions
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
In saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients and 1/2 cup water; bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Cool. Add meat and marinate overnight. Thread on skewers and grill over coals 20-30 minutes
