Fiesta Chicken and Rice Wraps
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chunky salsa
1/2 c. water
1 c. uncooked instant white rice
2 cups of cooked chicken; diced
4, 10" tortillas
Boil soup, salsa and water in a saucepan. Stir in rice and chicken.
Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon 1 cup
mixture down the center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla around
filling.
Serves 4
