Fiesta Chicken & Rice Wraps
Leftover chicken finds a new home in a quick and easy wrap.
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chunky salsa
1/2 cup water
1 cup uncooked instant white rice
2 cups cooked chicken; diced
4, 10" flour tortillas
Boil soup, salsa and water in saucepan. Stir in rice and
chicken. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Spoon
1 cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold tortilla
around filling. Serves 4.
