8 chicken thighs
1/4 cup hot jalapeno jelly
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 15 x 11 inch baking pan with Pam cooking spray. Arrange chicken.
Bake 20 minutes, drain and discard juices.
In a small bowl, combine jelly, oil, lime juice, garlic salt, lemon pepper and chili powder.
Turn chicken over, baste with half of sauce.
Bake 15 minutes.
Turn chicken over, baste with remaining sauce.
Bake 10 to 20 minutes longer or until internal juices of chicken run clear.
