Quick cooking for today!

I made my breading for my haddock - today I added lemon pepper, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper; dipped in egg wash breaded and baked at 350* F.

Cut washed taters into wedges; drizzled with melted butter, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and lemon pepper.

Served with fresh lemon wedges.

Macaroni salad with tuna in it.

Hot buttered rye bread.

Simple banana cream pie - baked my pie shell; cool, cover bottom and sides of crust with sliced banana, pour in banana cream pudding. Serve with whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
