Five-chip Cookies


In bowl, cream:
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. peanut butter
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed

Add, one at a time, beating well after each addition:
2 eggs

Beat in:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In separate bowl, whisk:
2 cups flour
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Add to creamed mixture.

Stir in:
2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup peanut butter chips
2/3 cup vanilla chips
2/3 cup butterscotch chips

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on ungreased sheets.

Bake 350 F. 10 to 12 minutes of until lightly browned.

Cool 1 minute before removing from sheets.
