FOUR-WAY PANCAKE TOPPING

Ingredients:

1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. honey
1/2 C. raspberry preserves, orange marmalade,
apricot preserves or strawberry preserves

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Stir in honey and preserves or
marmalade. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Serve hot
over pancakes.
