French Canadian Caribou
1/2 ounce [15 mL] Brandy 1/2 ounce [15 mL] Alcool or Vodka 1 ounce [30 mL] Canadian Sherry 1 ounce [30 mL] Canadain Port
3 ounces [90 mL] Brandy 3 ounces [90 mL] Alcool or Vodka 12 1/2 ounces [375 mL] Canadian Sherry 12 1/2 ounces [375 mL] Canadain Port
Keep all the ingredients refrigerated. Cool a Whisky sour glass on ice or in the refrigerator. Pour all the ingredients into a glass.
Pour all the ingredients into a 4-cup [1-L] bottle. Refrigerate. Twenty minutes before serving, transfer mixture into the freezer. Chill glasses with ice cubes. Remove the ice cubes before filling the glasses.
