2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. vegetable oil 1 Tbs. vanilla 2 1/2 c. self rising flour 1 Tbs. cinnamon 1 c. chopped pecans 3 med. apples shredded 1 ( 16 oz. ) bag butterscotch morsels
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all but morsels and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle morsels over top. Bake 1 hr. You can also use peanut butter morsels.
