Fresh Salsa 4 C.Chopped peeled fresh tomatoes 1/4 C. finely chopped onion 1-4 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped T. Olive Oil or Veg. oil 1-2 T. Vinegar 2 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. salt (optional) 1 garlic clove, minced Combine all ingredients let stand about 1 hr. serve at room temp.
