Friday - no meat

Too hot to cook today. Very hot, humid and stuffy. The only “cooking” I am doing is plugging in the toaster!

Today (and it’s a no-meat Friday!) tuna on toasted rye with lettuce, tomato and onion.

Salad: lettuce, carrots, celery, cukes, onions, tomatoes, provolone cheese and pepperoncini - red wine vinaigrette.

Plenty of iced tea!

Ice cream is in the freezer for cones or sundaes - and plenty of popsicles.
