Fried Calamari Recipe

For 4 servings:

• 800 g carved squid.
• 3 tbsp. vegetable oil.
• 4 sliced green onions feather.
• 1 cm peeled and finely chopped fresh ginger root.
• 1 sliced carrot.
• 5 tablespoons. tablespoons rice wine or dry sherry.
• 0.75 cups Chinese chicken broth.

Preparation:

Boil water in a large saucepan, place the squid and cook in boiling water 3 minutes. Drain.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add green onions, garlic, ginger and carrot and Passer, with stirring for 2 minutes. Pour in rice wine and simmer 1 more minute. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil and cook until soft. Turn down the fire, put the squid and slightly warm.
