We are presently 6 days away from home and will be looking to get back into a kitchen after being away from them for quite a few months. As a professional chef I mix my pleasure of sailing the world and enjoying the various cuisines of the countries we visit. We have recently been to Japan and China and next summer we are thinking of making the Atlantic our playground for a few years. I also do photo-journalism as a hobby.
