Frozen Fruit Salad

This is so good on a HOT day like it is today. I had this for lunch about a week ago of course I’ve revised it completely it is so cooling.

4 egg yolks
4 Tablespoon vinegar
4 Tablespoons sugar
1 pound marshmallows
4 slices canned pineapple
1 bottle maraschino cherries
4 bananas
1 package dates
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 pint of whipped cream

Cook first three ingredients in a double boiler until creamy. Add marshmallows and stir until blended. When cool ass the fruit and nuts. Add whipped cream and freeze. You can serve it on crisp lettuce leaves.
