Need a way to cool of this summer, this is awesome.
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 cups fresh strawberries (cut into peices)
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, THAWED (I always forget to thaw it out)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (TOASTED) I buy pre-chopped and toast them at 350 degrees for around 7 minutes.
pour into 2 (9 inch) chocolate pie crusts and cover, freeze for 3-4 hours. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
