FRUIT COCKTAIL PIE
Vanilla wafers (about 32)
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (14 oz) cans fruit cocktail, (about 3 1/2 cups) well drained
Line bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate with whole vanilla wafers.
Combine sour cream, sugar, vanilla, then fold in drained fruit.
Pour into cookie lined pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until set.
Cool and chill thoroughly.
