Fruited Flank Steak


1 to 1 1/2 lb. flank steak
Salt and pepper
1 can (30 oz.) fruit cocktail
1 T. salad oil
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1 t. vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced

Sprinkle flank steak with salt and ppper; place in crockpot. Drain fruit cocktail, reserving 1/4 c. syrup. Combine reserved syrup with remaining ingredients; pour over steak in crockpot. Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours or until tender. Add drained fruit the last few minutes to heat through.
