Fruity Granola

Ingredients:
3 cups Old-fashioned 100% grain dry oatmeal
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Chopped pecans
4 Tbsp. Canola oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Light brown sugar
1/2 cup Your favorite dried fruit ? we suggest: Raisins, Dried cherries, Dried mango, Dried papaya, Dried pineapple

Directions
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray cooking oil on a 9 x 13 x 2? baking pan. Add oatmeal, sunflower seeds and pecans and bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 2: In a bowl, combine oil, honey, brown sugar and vanilla and pour over oat/nut mixture. Mix well and spread. Return to the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
STEP 3: Cut dried fruit into bite-size cubes and combine dried fruit with warm oat/nut mixture, blending well.
