Garlic Cheese Casserole Bread

½ Cup Butter
2 Eggs
2 Cloves Minced Garlic (or More If You’d Like)
1½ Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
½ Tsp Baking Soda
¾ Cup Sour Cream
2/3 Cup Shredded Edam Cheese (i Use Cheddar Or Mozzarella)

In A Large Mixing Bowl, Cream Butter; Beat In Eggs And Garlic. In Separate Bowl, Combine Flour, Baking Powder And Soda. Gradually Stir Into Creamed Mixture, Alternating With Sour Cream. Stir In Cheese.

Spoon Into Greased And Lightly Floured 6-cup Casserole. Bake At 350°f Oven For 1 Hour Or Until Bread Springs Back When Touched And Tester Inserted In Centre Comes Out Clean. Let Cool For About 5 Minutes, Then Turn Out Onto Rack To Cool Completely.

Makes 1 Loaf.
