GARLIC LIME CHICKEN
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. fresh lime juice
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Mix all marinade ingredients. Place chicken in recloseable
plastic bag. Pour marinade over chicken in the bag, close bag,
and toss to coat the chicken well. Marinate in refrigerator
30 minutes or more.
Drain and discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with more
pepper. Grill (or pan fry) until cooked.
