Garlic Shrimp Salad

Ingredients: 1lb box Creamette’s small shell pasta, cooked, drained, chilled
2lbs. shelled, tail-off & deveined, raw shrimp (31-40 Ct)
Garlic flavored olive oil, 1/8 to 1/4 cup
2 bunches of tender celery stalks, washed & diagonally sliced
Hellman’s regular mayonnaise, to taste
Onion salt, to taste

Place garlic olive oil in large saute pan. Cook shrimp until pink, but tender.
Chill shrimp. Cut pieces in half or thirds, if desired. In a large serving bowl
place cooked shrimp, cooked pasta and cut celery pieces. Blend in enough
Hellman’s Mayo to bind the mixture. Add onion salt to your taste, starting with
1/2 tsp.+. Chill mixture for several hours or the day before you plan to eat it.
Serve with melon, berries and a loaf of garlic bread.
