1 1/2 lb shrimp
2 1/2 T minced garlic
3 T chili garlic sauce
1 bunch Italian parsley, chopped
equal parts oil and butter for frying
Sauté minced garlic in oil and butter (enough to cover the garlic). Cook about 2—3 minutes. Do not let garlic get brown. Add Shrimp and cook til pink and opaque. Add parsley. Serve immediately.
