Get together snack ideas

I have an old friend who I rarely get to see these days, but every year or two one of us will go visit the other one and we will have our own little party. We will stay up, playing video games all night like we did when we were younger and create some form of a culinary heart attack inducer to snack on. We stay up all night gaming, snacking and joking around. It’s a really good time for us and I’m going to visit him next week. Unfortunately, I can’t think of anything to make! I have a family and we eat normally eat fairly healthy so I’m terribly out of practice with coming up with these ideas!

Here is our last creation: Heart Attack Nacho Fries

1 Medium Bag Frozen French Fries/Curly Fries/Steak Fries
1.5-2 lbs lean ground beef
16 oz can of Refried Beans
1 6-8 oz container of sour cream
2 packets of taco seasoning
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (size depending on how cheesy you like) nacho cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce

Cook the french fries according to package directions-use a large pan, preferably with sides. While fries are cooking brown ground beef with taco seasoning. After french fries finish, take out and leave the oven on. Put the french fries in a bit of a pile towards the middle of the pan, pile cooked ground beef, refried beans, onion, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and nacho cheese on top of french fries. Put back in the oven until cheese is melted (about 5 minutes), take out and put rest of ingredients on. Grab a fork and enjoy! May or may not want to have 911 on speed dial.

We are hoping to find something equally terrible to make. I know, it’s horrendous for our health but it’s a bit of a tradition any more, and we are both in very good health and this is our chance to just be kids again for a little while. Please help!
