Ginger Bar-B-Q Sauce

1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic or 1/8 tsp. bottle minced garlic
1/2 (14 oz.) bottle ketshup
2 Tbs. wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger

In small saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer 15 minutes. Store in glass container in refrigerator. Serve hot or cold.

This sauce is great with pork chops or chicken.
