GINGER CHICKEN (restaurant recipe)
Serves 4

2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken sliced into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup ginger root, slivered
½ green pepper, julienne
½ red pepper, julienne
½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup onions, thin sliced
Cilantro for garnish

  1. Heat large pan or wok over medium high heat and add the oil followed by the chicken and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for additional 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot.
