Ginger Soy Flank Steak

2 tablespoons minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon red chili flakes
juice from one lime
1 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 flank steak - 1.5 #

Mix the first seven ingredients in a small bowl and pour over flank steak. Let sit for one hour. Clean grill with a grill brush and towel. Heat grill on a high setting for 5 minutes. Place the flank steak on the grill and reduce heat to a medium setting. Cook for 5 minutes and flip flank steak, cook another 3 - 5 minutes and remove from heat.

This beef recipe can be served with any potato of your choice as well as vegetable. This recipe would work very well with sautéed Asian vegetable and a rice blend.
