Cooked Corned Beef ( Flat, brisket, round) - 1
Dark brown sugar - ¾ cup
Dry mustard - 1 Tbsp.
Cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp.

  1. Combine sugar, mustard, and vinegar.
  2. Place corned beef into a roasting pan and cover with glaze.
  3. Bake uncovered, basting occasionally, in a preheated, 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Slice and serve.
