Glazed Meatballs

Dear Friends, I am sure these have been on here at some time, but they are very good so wanted to be sure everyone got to try them!!

1/2 lb. of ground beef
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. minced onion
1/8 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. worcestershire sauce
1/8 t. pepper
1/8 c. (6 oz.) of crisco oil
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. grape jelly

Directions:
Combine first nine ingredients, mixing well; shape into one-inch meatballsl cook in oil over medium heat for 10 - 15 min or until browned. Drain on paper towels. Combine chili sauce and grape jelly in a medium saucepan; stir well. Add meatballs; simmer 30 min, stiring occasionally. Serve in a chafing dish. You could simmer and serve in a crockpot!
